Harborwright sells the part only — we don't install it. These are general steps; your boat and the maker's manual come first. If you're not sure, have a marine shop fit it.
Safety: Mount it only on a solid swivel or pedestal, and check the screws are tight before every trip.
Steps
- Check the seat's bolt pattern against your swivel or pedestal (neither is included with the seats).
- Set the seat on the swivel plate and line up the four holes.
- Fasten with the included corrosion-resistant screws and washers. Snug them evenly and don't strip the seat base.
- Fold the back up and down to check clearance, then sit and check for any wobble.
